It has never arrived hot every time we have ordered it at our place. Also they deliver it according to their convenience. I was ordering it and they told me they don't deliver it to my area 'after 8PM' which was not true as i have previously ordered it at late timings. I was pretty disappointed after that night since it was a 'food emergency' for me.
