Ashwini Kaleskar is an Indian film Actress and a Director. She was born in Mumbai, Maharashtra India in 1970. Kaleskar  was born to Brahmin Family of Goan Ancestry. Kaleskar has attended her high schooling and college in Mumbai. Kaleskar continued theater studies from 1991 to 1994. Kaleskar  is trained under Muzammil Vakil, a theater acting coach from 1992 to 1995. Kaleskar  is also a trained Kathak Dancer. Kaleskar  is active in this industry since 1991. Kaleskar's first Bollywood film was "Tula Jhappar La".
