عجیب زٹیل اور منحوس سروس ہے ان لوگوں کی فیملی ہال میں کوئی فیملی نہیں بیٹھی ہوتی ،کامن ہال میں تمام فیملیز براجمان ہوتی ہیں ۔ آج بھی مجھے اور میرے دوست کو حسین آباد برانچ میں کھڑے ہوکر آئسکریم کھانی پڑی ، میں نے جب احتجاج کیا تو ہٹ دھرم اور بدتمیز اسٹاف نے صرف کندھے اچکا دیئے، میں نے ان سے کہا کہ اگر آپ ان فیملیز کو فیملی ہال میں نہیں بھیج سکتے تو ہمیں وہاں بیٹھنے دیں جس پر وہاں کے اسٹاف نے کہا یہ نہیں ہوسکتا ہم آپ کو وہاں نہیں جانے دیں گے، یہی صورتحال سمن آباد برانچ میں پیش آئی تھی۔ اگر بہتر سروس نہیں دے سکتے تو تالا لگا کر اپنے گھر بیٹھو، تم سے کوئی فری میں چیز لے رہے ہیں جو تم یہ بیہودگی دکھاتے ہو۔۔

It is regretfully inform you that while having ice cream with my family members I found a MOSQUITO in one of the cup (Butter Scotch).

Picture of this are enclosed for your ready reference and I also informed the same to your outlet manager (I think Mr. Bilal) by giving him my contact details for feedback but after passing of almost a week there is no feedback from yourside. I didn’t expect this kind of attitude from such well renowned parlor.

I am regular customer / visitor of this outlet and this happened 2nd time with me. Last time it was happened around 6 to 7 months back, while having the flavor of Butter Peckon and we found a “BEE” in that cup.

Now, I have no option but not to visit anymore in your outlets to avoid such kind of things happened again with my family or friend circle.
