Zong Pakistan

I came from England to setup a company in Pakistan, with a hope to have a fast internet at my finger tips. After a lot of research and discussing with friends, I opted for Zong Wingle 4g device for personal usage. I was hoping for uninterrupted fast internet, but with in couple of days it proved otherwise. Eeven though Zong was tid bit faster than previously used PTCL, it disappointed me in terms of charges, I purchased 25 GB packages which used to expire with in 8 days and I had to use PTCL device for a backup, which used to work smoothly for the whole month without any interruption.

One more thing that bugged me about Zong internet was the constant verification popups that made me select store fronts or bodies of water, that was really annoying, luckily that did not last forever and was fixed after couple of weeks. Overall not very happy, but if you need speed and unlimited bandwidth, you must pay 4000 to 5000 a month. Good luck.

It was good in start, but now the 4g is working like 2g and they just ignore the complaints i think because I complained twice but didn't get a call back or improvement in service... they should do something soon to keep their customer base as it is now or they will lose it.

i have bought zong 4g wingle, it was working perfect since 3 months, but since last 2 months it is acting like a gprs. i would like to inform zong pakistan that please refresh your service and provide what you have promised otherwise shut down your operations in Pakistan
