I listened you discussing, inter-alia, significance of 18th amendment in the Constitution. In my opinion the most damaging part of it is an addition of ' or a Constitution(Amendment)Bill' in Article 63A clause 1 para (b iii) which empowers Party Head to deseat a member if he/she casts vote on the Bill against the directions of the party head. Whole Parliament is hostage to a few Party Heads.
