I personally know this hospital and Dr. Masood since 2002. I had never found this type of attitude towards patients and their representatives.
Behavior of receptionist (woman) is very bad in OPD. She doesn't know how to deal.
Sorry, but this type of attitude will simply ruin the name of hospital. So, please trained your hospital staff. thankyou.
