Ruined my nose twice

He was supposed to relenghthen my ethnic nose aftera turkish doctor suleiman tas left me with a short wide , crooked nose. I was advised to go to an ethnic doctor as he would be more familiar with fixing my issues
Well that's a complete misconception. .. arfat jawaid left me with a witches nose ..an extremely sharp nose tip and retracted nostrils that pull up sharply when I try to smile . In fact he has destroyed my natural smile as it left with a grimace. He did not study my complex revision case in advance ( all the Italian doctors I went to see took many photos of my nose from different angles andtook measurements where as arfat jawaid casually took on my case and left me looking like a deranged woman after he added 3 grafts using tiny pieces of sharp cartilage that within 3 months started to poke through my very thin skinned nose. I went to numerous doctors in Europe after that and they all said it was a very bad revision and that arfat jawaid made many avoidable mistakes yet he still showed me pride by saying I was thankless to him. Totally delusional man!. He cannot admit responsibility instead he trys to deflect it back onto me. I stupidly went back to him in October 22 out of desperation as he said he would remove one of the grafts from my nose as it was like a rock wrapped around my nose skin creating too much tension(according to an Italian doctor).I went to Pakistan from UK and had not slept for48hrs straight at that point but he delayed seeing me till about 8.30pm.. and left me in a smoke filled hospital whilst he wandered in and out. Meanwhile I was barely awake yet surgery didn't take place till 10pm approx.. during surgery he 1st asked his colleague "shall I add cartilage onto nose tip?" I heard him respond " it's up to the patient". When he told me it would make my tip more projected I immediately said NO ! as my birth nosetip was very small slim and close to my face and it did not project out ! I was not used to a big nose as I have small eyes and lips and did have a small slim nose. To my horror 6 months on from surgery I found out he DID put a cap graft on without my permission..He betrayed me again then avoided answering my wataspp message's.My nose is now 3 times size of my birth nose and he has left me with such an ugly deformed nose tip.Also 2 years on and I still have embarrassing nasal leakage ...random dripping that can happen if I'm out and about or just sitting down. Also my nose is blocked more now and I cannot sleep or get through the day without using sudafed nose spray. How he is ENT? Hes caused me functional issues I never had.I want to cry every day and I'm ashamed of my face.I have no joy or contentment when I look at myself only despair as I now need to go for my 4th surgery and I need £11 k or more for that and I have to trust someone who might be able to fix the botched jobs arfat jawaid did. He thinks he's a celebrity and posts so many fake heavily filtered images and videos distorting his real results. He is quite happy to do this. A real doctor with skill would only show his clear unfiltered results not just table top pics as the nose changes significantly in the first few months at least. My nose has become more and more uglier after arfat jawaids 3rd rate attempts .He's left me in daily misery and without hope.I used to look OK but now no amount of makeup is going to hide what he left me looking like. I would never ever recommend him to anyone as he will deny any fault and instead gaslight the patients.. avoid him ...
