Ingredients

1/2 KG Potato (small size)
6th papa
1 Packet Duel Sue
4 tbsp oil
8th Curry leaves
1 tsp Cumin
1/2 tsp Rye
Salt (as in taste)
1/4 tsp Red chilli
1 tsp Turmeric
1 tbsp Amali pulp
1/4 tsp Chat Masala
4 Green chilies

Preparation

  1. Peel the peas first and boil.
  2. Now heat a quarter cup of oil in a pan and put it in curry leaves, Cumin, and rye.
  3. After that, add potatoes, chat masala and green chilies to mix and remove.
  4. Now take it out to the dish and put a grilled papal and sue now your aloo papri chaat is ready.
