1 Kg Yougert
1 Cup Fresh Milk
1 tbsp Corn Flour
1 tbsp Suger
1/2 Kg Potatoes
2 Egg White
1 tsp Black Paper (crushed)
1 tsp Red Chili Flakes
1 tbsp Cumin (roasted and crushed)
3 tbsp Rice Flour
To Taste Salt
Oil For Fry
1 cup Tamarind Paste
Black Salt
1 tbsp Cumin Powder


  1. First boil boil potatoes and peel them and after boiling mash them.
  2. After mashing add in rice flour, Roasted Cumin Powder, Black paper, red chili flakes, and salt. after add these ingredients mix it well.
  3. Grease your hand for making its kabbab, and after dip them in egg and Shallow fry them in hot oil.
  4. Now beat together yogurt with fresh cream, salt, corn flour and sugar.
  5. For Tamarind Chutney. Put tamarind paste in a pan then add, sonth, cumin powder, red chili and cook it.
  6. Add in pinch of a black salt Remove.
  7. Take a big dish then add in some yogurt and then add in tarmarind sauce and after it add potatoes cutlets and cover with yogurt.
  8. After all steps garnish almonds on it and then serve.
