Ingredients

1 kg Potatoes (boiled)
half kg Chicken qeema
Coriander
cumin
5 Green chilli
1 Onion
2 Egg
4 tsp Corn flour
6 tsp Maida flour
1 tsp Red chilli (cut off)
1 tsp Garlic ginger paste
1 tsp Gram masala
1/2 tsp turmeric
Salt (according to taste)
Oil (for fry)

Preparation

  1. Add all ingredients to the blender and blend well.
  2. Now prepare this mixture in the shape of a round kabab.
  3. With the help of a thumb, remove holes between chicken nuts.
  4. Now roll the chicken grinder into the egg and roll it into the bread chrombs.
  5. Fry chicken donuts in oil.
  6. Delicious donuts are ready. Serve with a matched ketchup or sauce.
