1/2 Kg Potatoes (boiled, peeled, mashed)
To taste Salt
1 tbsp Chili flakes
1 tsp Cumin Seeds
1 tsp Whole Coriander Seeds
1/4 tsp Achari Rai
1/4 Kalonji
1/4 Methi Dana
8-10 Curry leaves
1 tbsp Greean coriander leaves (copped)
2 Green chilies chopped
2 tbsp Oil
As required Samosa Patti


  1. Take a fry pan and then add oil, add curry leaves, rai, kalonji and methi danaand 1 tsp of chili flakes and stir spoon and splutter curry with spices
  2. And now take a large mixing bowl and add mashed potatoes in this bowl with cumin seeds, chili flakes, whole coriander, green coriander, green chili, salt and pour curry leave with oil and then mix them very well.
  3. Now take samosa patti and give them a shape of samosa and fill it with samosa filling and sealed by the help of beaten eggs and flour.
  4. Fry it in hot oil until they comes in brown color and then serve.

This is very best dish in Ramadan, For picnic and good for tea time.This is a having a very yummy taste of potatoes and if you want more spicy flavor so you can add a green and red tomato chutney with it.
