Sweating or Body Odor is the most worst and irritating problem that is facing by everyone. Men and women, everyone facing this unhealthy problem of sweating in hot summer season. Sweating is the natural process trough which the exceed water inside your body comes out but sometimes this is a most irritating problem in summer season because of its unpleasant smell. We use so many scents and body odors that are especially made for treating the bacteria in sweat that cause of bad smell but these all are temporary. You should have to change your clothes daily. Don’t wear again the same sweaty clothes after taking shower.
In summer season, always wear light fabric clothes to prevent your body from bad smell. You should have to wear loose fitting clothes to let your body breath and the air pass through the clothes. Wear those type of fabrics that will absorb the sweat from body and keep your body dry all the day.
Take at least two times shower in a day to stay fresh in summer season. You should have to clean your sweating areas with anti-bacterial liquid while taking shower.
Take two teaspoon full of hydrogen peroxide and mix it with 8 glasses of water. Mix these both ingredients nicely and wash your sweating areas with this mixture. Hydrogen Peroxide is very effective for body odor.
You can also use essential oils with water to get rid of body odor. You can use rosemary, peppermint, lavender oil, pine, tea tree oil and so many more for great and pleasant smell. It will also keep your body away from the bacteria that produce body odor in sweat.
It is not important to purchase expensive deodorant and perfumes from markets. You can make your homemade deodorant o get rid of body odor naturally. Take 1/4 spoon of glycerin and add two dozen of radishes in it. Mix them nicely and pour the liquid into a empty spray bottle. Keep it in a refrigerator and apply everyday for a good smell.
Citrus Fruits are very helpful to fight bacteria because of their acidic nature. You should have use lemon as it belongs to a citrus fruit family. Simply, cut the lemon into two slices and rub it on your armpits to keep the are a sweat free.
You can also use baking soda on the sweat areas to get rid of body odor.
Take proper diet is also very essential to get rid of body odor. You should have to make a habit of eating green vegetables because the green vegetables keep your body free from the bacteria causing bad smell.
