Ingredients:

For Bottom Layer:

4 1/2 ounces all-purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 cup of granulated sugar
1/2 cup of egg substitute
1/4 cup of melted butter
2 tablespoons of water
1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
2 large beaten eggs
16 ounces of chocolate syrup
cooking spray

For Mint Layer:

2 cups of powdered sugar
1/4 cup of melted butter
2 tablespoons of fat-free milk
1/2 teaspoon of peppermint extract
2 drops of green food coloring

For Glaze:

3/4 cup of semisweet chocolate chips
3 tablespoons of butter

Preparation:

1. First of all, preheated your oven to 350°.

2. For preparing bottom layer, take a lightly spoon flour into a measuring cup and combine it with salt and mix well. Add granulated sugar, egg substitute, 1/4 cup of melted butter, water, vanilla extract, eggs and chocolate syrup. In a medium bowl. Add flour mixture into chocolate mixture and stir until blended. Pour butter into a metal baking pan whose length is 13 x 9 inch and coated with cooking spray. Now bake at 350° for about 23 minutes. Make sure a wooden pick inserted inc enter comes out almost clean. Cool temperature in pan.

3. For preparing mint layer, simply combine all the ingredients written above in a medium bowl. Bet it with a mixture until you ill get a smooth paste. Spread the mint mixture over the cooked cake.

4. For preparing glaze, you should have to combine chocolate chips and butter in a medium microwave-safe bowl. Melt it in microwave and stirring after 30 seconds. Let it be stand for 2 minutes and spread chocolate mixture evenly over the top of cake. Cover it and refrigerate until ready to serve. Cut into pieces before serving.
