Review Detail

Checked into this awful hotel last month(August 2017) one evening after driving from Naran. We wee promised room with ensuite and full facilities. We paid up front only to find no running water and the toilet could not flush. Room was damp and dirty. When we complained the man at the desk swore at us and refused to refund or return our ID. What a disgusting person,he should not be allowed out in public. We were a family with kids and have never encountered such awful behaviour. We managed to get our money and checked into another hotel nearby. This man was very lucky I saved him from a severe beating from our party. AVOID this hotel.
