As an Australian who has eaten the best Chinese food in Sydney, Australia, for the past 40 years (now living in Pakistan), I recommend 'Golden Dragon' as the best Chinese restaurant in Islamabad.
I have searched for the past 18 months in Islamabad to find a 'genuine' Chinese restaurant in Islamabad. I visited four so-called 'Chinese restaurants' in Islamabad, only to be disappointed as their food is not genuine Chinese food.
The owner and his family at 'Golden dragon' are very pleasant and well mannered. The staff are very polite and obliging, answering any questions with a smile. The service was very good. The food is genuine Chinese, delicious and tasty. I will be going to this restaurant for Chinese food in future.
