Ingredients

1/2 kg Yogurt
2 tsp Cumin (roasted)
1 tbsp Green chilli paste
1/2 tsp Salt
1/2 kg Chicken (boiled)
1/2 cup Emily sauce
1 cup Phulkian (soaked)
2 Potatoes (boiled)
Onion (as required)
Tomato (as required)
Green chilli (as required)
coriander (as required)
Mint (as required)
6 Green pepper
1 tsp Cumin
1 tsp Coriander
1 tsp Celery seed

Preparation

  1. Bring the first yogurt and beat it with a spoon by applying cumin, green pepper paste and salt.
  2. Now take serving bowl put yogurt and boiled chicken in it.
  3. Put soaked phulkian and boiled potatoes.
  4. Then put emily sauce, onions, tomatoes, green pepper, gram flour and the mint.
  5. Finally grind round pepper, cumin, celery seed (roasted) and put chaat masala.
