KARACHI: A local court has extended the physical remand of Hasnain Abbas, a British Pakistani human trafficker to 21st November, Geo News reported Thursday.Hasnain Abbas is wanted in cases of fake passport possession and multiple marriages to deceit the women into traveling abroad.FIA’s active Anti Human trafficking circle presented Hasnain Abbas before the court of Judicial Magistrate Malir, Ashfaq Moghul.The investigation officer for this case had appealed for 2 day extension in duration of physical remand of the trafficker during the trial; the court has ordered the authorities to hand Hasnain Abbas over to FIA by 21st November.The British born Hasnain had been apprehended on November 14th while traveling on fake British passport; meanwhile the trafficker is accused of marrying to 7or 8 different girls from Lahore, Rawalpindi, Karachi, Multan and England with different fake identities.The trafficker’s last marriage had been with a girl named Kiran, who belongs to Karachi, on 28th October. Two different passports have been recovered from traffickers possession, one with identity of Hasnain Abbas, upon which he was traveling to England, while the secod passport was british and had name written as Ali Imran Naqvi along with his photograph.The IO has reported that the trafficker has confirmed 4 fake marriages so far, while a further investigation is underway. Next hearing of the court is scheduled for 21st November.
