Kareena Kapoor is busy with films and endorsements that are pouring her way while sister Karisma is on the family way. Karisma Kapoor, 36, gave birth to a baby boy today morning at Breach Candy Hospital in Mumbai. He is Karisma’s second child after her daughter Samaira.
