Aloo Key Dahi Baray
- First boil boil potatoes and peel them and after boiling mash them.
- After mashing add in rice flour, Roasted Cumin Powder, Black paper, red chili flakes, and salt. after add these ingredients mix it well.
- Grease your hand for making its kabbab, and after dip them in egg and Shallow fry them in hot oil.
- Now beat together yogurt with fresh cream, salt, corn flour and sugar.
- For Tamarind Chutney. Put tamarind paste in a pan then add, sonth, cumin powder, red chili and cook it.
- Add in pinch of a black salt Remove.
- Take a big dish then add in some yogurt and then add in tarmarind sauce and after it add potatoes cutlets and cover with yogurt.
- After all steps garnish almonds on it and then serve.
